We contacted Mammafong as they were so dismissive saying we left it in water, completely ignoring the fact the seasoning had come off. If we had bought the non seasoned wok and seasoned it ourselves, I guess we might light the product, but after our experience we definitely will not be recommending this wok or Mammafong to anyone we know.
